We validate and process credit cards through Wells Fargo Merchant Services - a reputable and trusted credit card processor. Our credit card machine "chunks" the numbers appearing on customer's receipt. This means customer receipts will only list the last 4 digits of the card. No expiration date will appear. This way if someone finds a customers credit card receipt, there is no information on it that they can use to place an order.
As a security measure for our customers, we require the CVC code (located on the back side of the credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) on the signature line - last 3 digits). On American Express cards, this is a 4 digit code located on the front side of the card. Call your credit card provider if you have any questions on this code being required.

SHIPPING OF ORDERS:
UPS and USPS Priority Mail are the shipping services we use the most.
On each order, both services are evaluated to determine what shipping method is the best value for our customer.
The shipping rate shown at checkout is approximate. This is due to what item(s) can/cannot be packaged together for safe shipping. If the shipping charges are more ($3.00 or more) than shown, then customer will be contacted before shipment is made. If the shipping charges are less than shown, then customer will be billed at the lower rate. If the order was paid through PayPal, then a refund through PayPal will be issued to customer.
Shipping is based on weight, distance, and type of shipping service used. Please note no shipments will be sent C.O.D.
We challenge ourselves to get the best shipping value we can for our customers!
Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. does retain the right to determine which shipping service is used. Customers are REQUIRED to include in order, both addresses if different, UPS delivery address and USPS delivery address. Failure to do so may result in shipping delays and extra fees. Any extra fees will be responsibility of customer.
If customer absolutely wants one shipping company over the other (for example: customer may work for UPS or USPS) then please note that in comments box.
We ship within the USA and Canada markets only. When shipped into Canada, all duty/tax/and customs are responsibility of buyer.
When generating shipping label, customer’s email address will be entered so customer will receive tracking information on their order. Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. shall not be held liable for, but not limited to, failure of UPS or USPS to deliver email to customer, delays in delivery of email to customer, or information contained or excluded within said emails to customer.
CUSTOMER PAYMENT TERMS:
Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Diners Club International, JCB, Money Orders, Certified Bank Checks, Business checks, Personal checks, and Bank Wire Transfers.
When a customer uses their credit card or PayPal, most shipments are processed within 2 business days - many shipped the same day depending on what time the order is received. ONLY USA and Canada issued credit cards will be accepted. Shipments will be sent to the same address as the customer's credit card statements are sent. If the customer's ship to address is different than their credit card address than both addresses need to be listed on order form with an explanation - then Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. retains the right to require a different form of payment including, but not limited to, a bank wire transfer.
Money orders and certified bank checks are accepted and most shipments are processed within 5 business days. We do accept preprinted personal and business checks but we do wait approximately 12 business days for these checks to clear before the customer's order is processed for shipment. Personal and business checks must also have the preprinted name of the financial facility shown on check. When sending a money order, certified bank check, business, or personal check - please make these out to Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. and send directly to our facility located at: 3950 10th Ave NW, Rochester, MN 55901-1336. No two party checks will be accepted. Checks cannot be post dated. A $30.00 check return fee will be charged to customers for each returned check. Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. has the right to display all returned checks. Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. retains the right to work with a Collection Company and/or sell off a returned check to a Collection Company. Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. retains the right to give Collection Company any personal information on Customer in order to help Collection Company collect on the returned check.
All forms of payments will be in legal U.S. funds. Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. retains the right to refuse any form(s) of payments and the right to change acceptable forms of payments and payment terms at any time.
Sales tax is collected on orders being shipped into Minnesota.
(If items are for resale - an official tax exempt form from your state with your original signature on the form must be mailed to our facility to be on file. Your orders must indicate if entire purchase or part of is tax exempt at time of checkout in the comments box. Only customers who have sent in an official tax exempt certificate will qualify for tax exempt status.)

Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. is the only authorized distributor for Metalcraft brand tools in the United States and Canada and conducts its business on a direct basis with customers in these regions. Prices listed in our Yahoo online store are valid for online, phone, and mailed in orders with the exception of online sale prices and orders sold online through other sites like eBay. Online sale prices are ONLY valid when ordering through our Yahoo online store. Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. retains the right to change prices without notice. Prices listed on website and invoice are in US funds.
Orders are invoiced out at the time the order is processed for shipment. Invoices are emailed and/or put into one of the customer's boxes being shipped out. It is a 1 part copy invoice. If a customer uses their credit card, then a copy of the credit card transaction may be placed with the invoice.
Metalcraft tools are guaranteed for 1 year on defective workmanship. This applies to “fair” and “normal” use and does not cover acts of, but not limited to, abuse, misuse, wearable parts, and/or lack of tool maintenance. Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. will repair or replace, at Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. option, the part and/or tool in question. Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. retains the right to have the customer ship the part and/or tool back for inspection by Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. personnel. Customer is responsible for all shipment charges of said part and/or tool. Shipping charges are non refundable. Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. will be the sole judge in determining if part(s) and/or tool in question is the result of defective workmanship.
Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. keeps a large inventory of Metalcraft metal bending tools, metal stampings, and metal in stock. By having a large inventory, it allows Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. to ship most orders out complete and within 2 business days. As much as we try to avoid backorders, an occasion may occur where a product may be temporarily out of stock. When this occurs we will ship the in stock items the customer has ordered. Out of stock item(s) will be shipped as soon as available. Orders are generally shipped out on a first come, first shipped order. Backorders are given highest priority within this shipping process. The customer’s order will be billed out with all items shown on invoice. A note will be put on the invoice concerning the item(s) that are on backorder. If an item will be out of stock for an extended period of time, then the customer will be notified. The customer will have the option to: 1) wait for items availability 2) reorder item at a later time 3) cancel item. For options 2 and 3, the customer will be given a refund. Most backorders are shipped within 2 weeks.
CLAIMS FOR SHIPMENT DAMAGE:
Rarely do we have a claim for damage as our philosophy is to package all orders as we would like to receive them. If damage does occur however, then the customer needs to contact us within 1 week of delivery and explain the damage. The customer needs to save all packages from the order for inspection should the shipping carrier request it. These boxes need to be saved till claim is finished being processed. Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. will handle the customer’s claim through the shipping carrier. The customer will be kept informed of damage claim status.
If a package is missing, then UPS has 7 days in which to complete the trace while USPS Priority Mail has 21 days. After which if the package is still not located, then we will ship out a replacement order to the customer.
We sell quality products but if for some reason they don't meet your project needs, please contact us 800-456-7738 or 507-289-0836. Prior return authorization from Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. is required and must be done within 30 days from customer's order being shipped out. Item must be unused, in original condition, in original boxes, complete, and with all packing materials.
If item qualified for free shipping is returned and the return brings down the original subtotal of order to less than required value to receive free shipping, then original shipping for entire order will be deducted from refund – if return doesn’t bring down original subtotal to less than required value, then just the original shipping on the returned item will be deducted from refund. Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. retains the right to implement a restocking charge up to 10% on return of unused metal bending tools, metal stampings, metal, and/or Kosy items. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Wrought Iron Handicrafts. Inc. retains the right to refuse return if requirements are not met. If a return is refused, Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. may return the product(s) back to the customer at customer's expense. If a return is missing some item(s)/part(s) - those item(s)/part(s) will be charged to the customer.
Since tool changes/upgrades may be implemented at any time, used tools, used metal stampings, used metal, and/or used Kosy items may not be returned.
Any waiver of any term and condition of our policies shall not operate or be construed as a continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration held in the city of Rochester, Minnesota in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association and judgment upon any award thereon may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
This contract shall be governed according to the laws of the state of Minnesota.
If any provision of this contract is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalid provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
All rights reserved. No part of Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. website, store, and/or policies may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means without written permission from Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc.
All parties declare that they have required that this agreement and all documents related hereto, either present or future, be drawn up in the English language only. All parties declare that they have a comprehensive understanding of the English language.
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc., its owners, its officers, directors, employees, other Customers, licensors and/or suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from Customer’s breach of these terms.
Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. is not liable for damage, injury, or death to Customer and/or Customer’s property caused from carelessness, misuse, or neglect on the part of, but not limited to, the Customer, Customer’s family or visitors, or individuals/companies hired by Customer or hired on behalf of Customer.
Customer agrees to hold all Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. information in confidence and agrees to protect such information with no less diligence than they protect their own confidential or proprietary information.
Intellectual Property Matters. Any suggestions, business information, ideas, concepts or inventions or content to us through this website, by email ("Submissions"), by video conference, by phone, by fax, and/or by letter, you agree such Submission is non-confidential for all purposes and you automatically grant, or warrant that the owner of such content or intellectual property has expressly granted, us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license, with the right to sublicense, to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform and display such Submission in any manner or in any media now known or hereafter created.
Tool changes/upgrades may be implemented at any time. Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. reserves the right to ship an updated version than what is shown in, but not limited to, catalogs, flyers, magazines, and/or websites.
Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. shall not be held liable for failure to deliver or delays in delivery which occur by causes beyond Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. control, including but not limited to, strikes, other labor disputes, lockouts, fires, floods, embargoes, wars or other outbreaks of hostilities, machinery breakdown, delays by shipping carriers or suppliers, and governmental acts and regulations.
The terms and conditions herein constitute the entire agreement between Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. and Customer and provide the sole basis for determination of the parties’ respective rights and obligations.
